INFORMATION CALL CENTER REOPENING
North Little Rock, Ark. – The State’s Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) is reopening its call center today for the severe storms, tornadoes and flooding beginning April 14 and continuing.
This line is to gather information only from citizens who may have received damages. It is separate from the FEMA Disaster Assistance hotline, 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) which currently is for residents who were included in the just-announced federal declaration. The counties included in that declaration are Benton, Clay, Faulkner, Garland, Lincoln, Pulaski, Randolph, and Saline. Emergency Management officials are working to gather additional damage assessments and reporting them to ADEM. Additional counties may be included as the damage assessments are completed.
The phone number for the call center is 888-683-2336. The call center will be open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday until further notice.
